Peroxide-Cured Silicone Compound is a high-performance, solid silicone material developed for extrusion, moulding, and calendaring applications.
It provides excellent mechanical strength, colour stability, and reliable performance across automotive, engineering, and industrial sectors.
These peroxide-cured grades offer outstanding heat resistance and compression-set properties while maintaining flexibility and resilience at low temperatures.
Operating range −60 °C to +250 °C (intermittent peaks to +300 °C).
Suitable for both continuous production and precision moulding work.
- Five Standard Colours: Available in translucent, white, red oxide, blue, and black.
- Reliable Processing: Performs consistently in extrusion, moulding, and calendaring applications.
- Heat and Compression-Set Resistant: Ideal for high-temperature environments and long-term sealing performance.
