Silicone Cord
Silicone Cord is an eternally popular product. Both solid and sponge silicone cords are held in stock in all standard and metric sizes, and are most commonly used in the manufacture of 'O' rings and seals. Silex remains the primary choice for these products because of its ability to deliver immediately, and to produce to very close tolerances.
The fabrication department is also well equipped to join cords into 'O' rings and seals in any number.
Our off the shelf cords range from 1mm to 30mm diameter in solid cord and 1mm to 25mm diameter in sponge.
