Silicon Tubing

Silex Ltd offer a comprehensive range of silicon tubing to meet the demands of practically any application, with bore sizes from 0.2mm ID up to 200mm.  Manufactured to fine tolerances, the smallest silicon tubing manufactured by Silex is most commonly used as electrical sleeving, whilst midrange sizes are generally used to carry fluids and powders within the food processing and pharmaceutical industries.

Dielectric tubing and hot air ducting are just two uses for the largest tubes in the range.

Approved Silicon Tubing

We offer a wide selection of Water Council and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved materials to use specifically within hygiene-critical applications. We also stock a huge range of 70 sizes in translucent platinum cured silicone (non yellowing) from 0.5mm to 25mm bore.

In response to customer demand, Silex offer 5m minimum quantities on standard stock tubing for customers that require small quantities but typically hold from 1000-5000 meters of each size for rapid supply of higher volume requirements.

Silex silicon tube is also available to order in any colour including a range of special effect colours.
